A woman’s expectations of how you will behave are formed during the early dating process. One reason why women leave is simply that their expectations were not met. The man stopped performing up to expectation and they are dismayed by the results.

As a man you have to understand her expectations of how she is going to have in a relationship and continue to create behaviorally those positive feelings in her. In other words, keep doing what you originally did to win her over in the first place. Keep creating that attraction that met her expectation in the first place.

You blew it with your girl and she’s seeing someone else. Lean back and take your time.   Never, never tell her you’ll do anything to get her back. Never come off like a weakling.

You'll have to regain your self-composure, self-respect and your ability to feel good about life again after a breech.

Don’t let yesterday take up too much of today in your thinking. Don't reveal your true feelings to her. Keep them hidden.
